Is a Deposit Required?

To confirm a booking we require a €100 deposit. This is refundable up to 48 hours before your trip. Please read our terms and conditions regarding the exceptions.

When Will the Remaining Balance be Due?

Your trip balance will be paid on the day of your trip. If you intend to pay in part or in full by PayPal, you must complete the transfer prior to the departure of your trip.

Do I Need a Boat License for Self-Rent?

Accepted Answer

We do not require a boat license in order for you to self-rent a speedboat. By Greek law, you are allowed to sail these speedboats without a license. We do require you to complete a 30-minute instruction session with one of our experienced captains prior to your departure.

What Safety Precautions are onboard?

All speedboats are equipped with all the required safety precautions: lifejackets, life rings, first aid kits, etc. All our captains have their sailing license and have completed safety instruction trainings.

What if the Weather Conditions are bad?

If the weather conditions are unsafe, we will cancel the trip and reschedule on a more weather-appropriate day if your schedule allows. If you are unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.

Question 7

Is there Snorkeling Equipment onboard?

Accepted Answer

We provide you with goggles on certain boats; however, we do not provide the mouthpieces for snorkels due to health and hygiene reasons. You are welcome to bring your own snorkels onboard. The goggles are cleaned extensively after each trip.

Are the Cruises Suitable for Children?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our cruises and speedboats are suitable for children. We have lifejackets for children aboard and prioritize the safety of all passengers, big or small.
